2. What is the sender phone number? It is sent from iEvent Whatsapp Business phone number, user will see iEvent profile as below:

3. Can I use my company phone no. to send Whatsapp message? Temporarily not support sending via custom phone number.

4. What's the character limitation on Whatsapp message? Subject/Header: Maximum 55 characters (including English, Chinese, number, space and line break). Body: Maximum 900 characters (including English, Chinese, number, space and line break).

5. Can I include image in Whatsapp message? No. However, you can include hyperlink to the image.

6. What's format support in Whatsapp message? Text, hyperlink (external website or PDF download link) or emoji.

7. How can I send QR Code via Whatsapp? You can add link to the iEvent QR code Landing Page, in which it's content is customizable, or set it same as email confirmation, e.g.

8. Can I know if the recipient has read the message? Yes (i.e. message shown as double blue check ). However, if recipient display "Read Receipt" in Privacy Setting in their Whatsapp app, system will not know the message is read.

9. If user reply the Whatsapp, will I get notification? No. The message is for one-way only, system showing a "This is an automatic message, please do not reply" reminder in the bottom of the message.
